eWeek did an evaluation between OpenOffice.org and Microsoft Office. The results? Unless you’re a power-user of Excel (like JoDee is, figuring out the equations of regression lines), you’ll not miss Microsoft Office one bit. I know I haven’t. :)

Currently reading Just Java by Peter VanDerlinden to brush up on my Java skills. It’s been a while since I touched Java last, and a whole industry has sprung up from what once was considered a novelty language. Amazing how a few years can change an industry, no?
