Interesting read on why the Intel Macintosh port of Microsoft Office 12 will no longer support Visual Basic for Applicaions (VBA). It's interesting to note what the development tools are that the Mac Business unit uses (GCC), and how close to the processor the VBA code really is. Just remember that the design change you think is immutable today can not only be wrong, but may have serious consequences in the future.
