Fieger wants charges dismissed, saying jury isnt black enough

So, to recap:

• Fieger is white
• Fieger is in trouble for sending $127,000 in illegal campaign contributions for John Edwards.
• John Edwards is white
• Fieger is asking for a more racially diverse jury because the belief is that his support for a run for governor was bolstered by African Americans.

I'm waiting for the Chewbacca Defense to be implemented at any time now.
