Last night at Stir Crazy!, JoDee and I had an interesting experience. I generally eat Chinese food with chopsticks for the whole meal whenever they're available (especially at Mongolian BBQ), and JoDee has also used chopsticks on numerous occasions. After our meal, a gentleman came over to our table to put his coat on. He stood there for about 20 seconds before asking me where I learned how to use chopsticks. I trained myself over time, and told him that it was similar to a crab's claw. He was very impressed, and told us about a trip he and his wife were on in China where he had to use chopsticks because they did not have silverware. He was also happy that other people were trying to learn how to use chopsticks for the entire meal. Quite cool.
