Dear manufacturers of hardware,
I'm not sure if you've noticed this little thing called Linux out there
in the world, but if it's not too much trouble, would you mind making
either drivers available, or release the specifications for your
hardware so some enterprising soul can work on it? This isn't so much a
request... the community is strong, and will reverse-engineer whatever
materials you make available to create drivers. Think of this as a
public service announcement. Linux is growing, and with it is the
potential to capitalize on hardware sales previously unavailable to you.
You can't loose in supporting Linux, and you'll piss people off (namely
me) if you don't start doing a better job about it. That goes double for
you, Broadcom.
