Apparently there was a Kiai Master (a style of martial arts which has legends of people knocking over huge, inanimate objects with a shout, and apparently in this gentleman's style, allows him to knock over scads of students with stunt-man-like punches) who wagered $5,000 that he could beat any MMA fighter.

Apparently he was hoping the MMA fighter was going to also going to use said stunt-man-like punches.
