Checking in for 2024-01-05:

Today I spent a lot of it sleeping. I've been pretty tired since my transfusion. I'm not sure if it's related to the transfusion or if I'm coming down from the various chemo drugs that I have been taking. I didn't get much accomplished today. I haven't even dome a minimum amount of exercise. But that's OK. I keep trying. I can keep trying. I don't have to stop trying. Eventually it'll become a habit but it's not there yet.
