Content warning: bodily functions

Checking in for 2024-01-27:

I continue to take the Losartan, Metoprolol (nee: Lopressor), and Regorafenib (nee: Stivarga, Regonix). The Losartan and Metoprolol are supposed to fix the high blood pressure but my blood pressure continues to be high. I'm not sure if it's something that I'm doing wrong taking my blood pressure but it's a little concerning that it's so scatter-shot. That and the Regorafenib seems to be consistently giving me diarrhea. Seems whenever it hits I'm stuck for at least an hour or two trying to get things settled down. I'm working on being mindful while it happens but it's still pretty frustrating because it means that I'm out-of-commission for the duration, or I'm busy trying to dart back and forth between what I'm working on and having an enforced time away. And once it starts I know that I can't control it. Imodium or Lomotil doesn't really touch it until much later.

I'm working on resting this week to recuperate and regain my strength.
