Got a charity call this evening. Man on the other end asks me how I’m doing. I tell him “This had better not be a charity call, or you can take my name off your list”. Man replies “God is going to bless you so hard”. I respond “And he’s going to hit you with a DNC (Do Not Call)”.
His response? “I was just joking”.
“I’m not.”, and hung up.
Worse, these folks interrupted me while I was on the phone earlier, during an interview. Nice of them, no?
I don’t even know what “God is going to bless you so hard” means. Hard? Is that like “You rock so hard”?
