JoDee and I went to see Primus last Friday! What an incredible show! Les Claypool is quite the showman, and Larry and Tim are incredibly talented musicians! Jaw dropping! Unfortunately our experience was marred by the soundman. Same with the Rush concert. What is it with these bozos cranking up the music to the point where it's uncomfortable to be within earshot of the music? Why can't the set up additional speakers for the back rows, and tone down the ones in front so they're not clipping and distorting? I hate to sound like an old man here, but they're ruining the music by cranking it up so damn loud. At the Rush concert there was so much distortion that parts of the concert were completely mashed together in a noise tornado. Stop pegging the meters, and watch those signals!
