Apparently some silly lawyers think the GPL is a price fixing scheme sent to destroy the software industry. Never mind that the GPL has practically saved UNIX from self-immolation, or that open source software is now used with the Apple Macintosh, or that companies are still profitable while using the GPL. Nope, we're just a giant anti-trust case waiting to be declared a monopoly, just like that other company. I guess playing in traffic wasn't a challenge anymore.
