It's too bad I'm already boycotting RIAA music (and you should too. Check out RIAA Radar for what labels are safe and which are not) because Sony would be label number one on my shitlist for installing root-kits on customer machines. Just when I thought companies couldn't stoop any lower in the Digital Rights Management wars, Sony breaks away from the pack to become the poster boy for everything wrong with the recording industry. I'm appalled that anyone would have thought that this was a good idea. I eagerly await a state prosecutor to draft up a case against this. It desperately needs one.
