Yoga Bear-ah

JoDee and I started doing Yoga this weekend. I have to say, even if there are no major health benefits, the stretching and medatative aspects of Yoga are really having an effect on me. My joints aren't feeling as stiff, and this morning while walking in to work, it didn't seem like I was putting as much effor into the whole process. Of course it's pretty much been adopted by those who are into holistic and alternative medicine. I'm not one to put a lot of stock in the whole healing aspect of it. JoDee thinks the benefits might be psychosomatic, (and perhaps it is), but it gets me moving in the morning, so I'll keep it up for the time being.
