Ahhh, CinciClassic. The whole reason for the trip, outside of meeting up with Ruth for a while. (well, JoDee got to spend more time with Ruth. I spent most of the time running CinciClassic's tournaments and such. :) ) It was a lot of fun, but exhausting. I was glad to catch up with people I haven't seen in person since 2002, and the atmosphere was just supercharged with excitement. Of course I spent way too much money on goodies, (but how could I pass them up, sweetheart? :)) Also, Ruth inaugurated her Traveling Turtle blog with this trip. I have to say that Jungle Jim's is a strange place indeed, but they unfortunately don't allow cameras on the premises. Oh well. :)
