Senator Ted Stevens (The Senator from the land where the Internet is a "Series of Tubes") is once again propoosing legislation that demonstrates a complete lack of understanding about digital technology. And is it just me, or is it mildly disturbing that someone who has likely never really used a computer is making legislation about how I use mine? Perhaps when I become ruler of the universe, I can make laws on how to perform senatorial duties. After all, I went to Washington DC when I was in eighth grade. That must make me a freaking expert.
