JoDee and I spent the evening watching "An Honest Liar" which chronicles the life of magician and renowned skeptic James "The Amazing" Randi. I regard Randi as a hero in many regards, and seeing his rise in magic and his eventual transition into a prominent skeptic was a thrill. I wasn't as aware of his partnership (and eventual marriage) to "Jose Alvarez", nor was I aware of Jose's circumstances for remaining in this country (which is something best left for discovering yourself). Suffice to say it was an excellent movie and a moving tribute to a man who made his living fooling and deceiving people, and later tried to show folks how they were (and are) being deceived.

Highly recommended for everyone to see the life's work of a remarkable man.
