Checking in for 2023-11-02:

• This morning I worked on elaborating both Cumin and Cayenne for the Pepper&Carrot RPG. Might do some more but for now it's fine.
• Feeling a little tired this morning. I woke up later than I would have liked. I also had a pretty strange dream that's hard to describe. The gist that I took away from it is that I need to organize some more and declutter more to help with my feelings of overwhelm. Days when I sleep the majority of the day can lead me to feeling some overwhelm because of the tasks that pile-up in my lists. But I can also tackle them by noticing those feelings and letting them have their say before they dissipate.
• Overall I'm feeling OK. I got sleep, I have coffee next to me, and I'm listening to Steve Roach's Electron Birth which is giving me some energy with its frenetic nature. I'm feeling possibilities today.
• Hoping to start some work on a few interactive storyworld ideas that I have floating around. Also hoping to do some playtesting on other games that I have in the works. And then there's the house that desperately needs some tidying and vacuuming (unfortunately Halloween brought in some leaves that need to be dispatched).
