I hadn’t heard this, but apparently George Plimpton also died recently. Remembered for a body of work that spans the ages, he’ll be most remembered by a generation for pitching the Mattel Intellivision, although he didn’t seem to have the trouble with being remembered for that role like some other notable actors have. RIP George.
Robert Palmer dead from a heart attack… It just boggles my mind that so many talented people are passing on this month. Yeah, Robert Palmer did do some really cheezy things, but the music was still something that I could to without hating myself afterward.

While browsing over at Cowboy Neal’s page, I noticed a link to this little device, called the IsoPhone. Somehow I’m not sure what the point of it is, but I can just see a lot of busy executives taking lots of conference calls just to use the damn thing. Bizarre.

Seems I’m not getting any mail from Yahoo accounts at my home e-mail. Weird. They’re not even showing up at my ISP. If you’ve sent me e-mail from a Yahoo account, and haven’t heard from me, it’s because I haven’t received it. This is also true for Yahoo Groups mail.
Oh yeah, and one of the Black Tetras bit the big one yesterday. Fortunately the rest of the fish seem to have cleared up, so the worst appears to be over with.
