In the list of companies I thought would "get" Open Source software, never did I expect Novell to top that list. And top it they have. Netware will now run as a service on top of their SuSE product. Also Novell is planning a corporate-wide move to Open Office. Perhaps corporations are finally realizing that if you want to compete with Microsoft in the server room, it probably isn't a good idea to keep funding Microsoft with desktop sales.
