Pyweek #5: Break down and cry

Well, it's Pyweek time again, and the theme for this challenge is "Twisted". I have a pretty good idea of what I want to do, but it seems this time around I'm getting thwacked every time I want to push the envelope a little further:

  • Blender gave me no end of trouble trying to texturize a cube. Ultimately I decided that the untexturized model looked better, but I spent the better part of a day trying to figure out what was going wrong.
  • Blender again gave me trouble trying to move an armature. For some reason I'm having no end of trouble with Blender this time around.
  • Spot the difference between __init__ and __init___ and get two hours of your life back!

Not having much fun this time around. I'm thinking I'll be lucky to have a finished game this time around. :(
