Checking in for 2023-12-17:

Spent the majority of the day trying to add some additional parameters to my Hearsay storytelling engine. At the moment I'm stuck with handling the dictionaries that are anywhere from one to three levels deep depending on context. I'm giving myself a rest to allow myself to think about how to approach this better. Sometimes I get stuck and will try to push myself through to find a solution. However there is something to be said for giving one's brain some rest to really work on a problem and let the subconscious to gnaw away at the particulars.

I haven't done my weekly review yet. Hoping to do it tomorrow. I don't have much scheduled for this week other than a CAT scan on Thursday and my Epoetin alfa (nee: Procrit) shot on Tuesday.

I'm feeling slightly overwhelmed with the amount of stuff in my backlog, but I'm not sweating it. I'll get to it when I get to it. I can't do everything all at once.
